Bogor, August 5, 2026 – The College Counseling Department of Cahaya Rancamaya High School successfully held CHASE 2026 (Cahaya Rancamaya Higher Education Expo 2026) with the theme “Chase Your Dreams.” This activity, which took place in the Cahaya Rancamaya High School environment, is one of the school’s flagship programs in introducing various higher education options to students, both domestically and abroad.
CHASE 2026 is designed as a platform for students to obtain direct information regarding universities, scholarship opportunities, and various study pathways from the world’s leading educational institutions. Through this activity, students not only get to know various higher education options, but also gain an overview of the selection process, academic preparation, campus life, and future career prospects.
This year, CHASE 2026 presented more than twenty educational institutions, educational organizations, and international study consultants. Several participating institutions included the National University of Singapore (NUS), The University of Sydney, The University of Melbourne, The University of Queensland, Monash University, University of Western Australia, Curtin University, The University of Adelaide, University of New South Wales (UNSW), The University of Glasgow, Hong Kong University (HKU), Tokyo International University, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), IPB University, BINUS University, Sampoerna University, and various educational organizations such as IDP Education, Edlink Connex, Indonesia Britain Education Centre (IBEC), and the International Language Institute of the Faculty of Humanities Universitas Indonesia.
Besides the education exhibition, CHASE 2026 also presented an inspiring session with Cahaya Rancamaya High School alumni who have successfully continued their studies at prestigious universities. The alumni shared their experiences regarding their academic journeys, challenges during the registration process, strategies for obtaining scholarships, up to their lives as students at renowned universities.
The three alumni who attended as speakers were:
- Muhammad Adyan Dafi, Chemical Engineering student at Universitas Indonesia.
- Narendra, Civil and Environmental Engineering student at Cornell University, United States.
- Randy, Mechanical Engineering student at The University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada.
Through this session, the students gained motivation as well as a real picture that with thorough preparation, hard work, and consistency, the opportunity to continue studies at a dream university can be achieved.
During the activity, the participants actively discussed with university representatives regarding study programs, entry requirements, scholarship opportunities, learning systems, and career prospects. The students’ enthusiasm was evident from the high participation in visiting each exhibition booth and attending the presentation sessions organized by various institutions.
As part of the school’s commitment to supporting students’ educational planning, the College Counseling Department consistently presents various programs that help students prepare for their academic futures, ranging from mentoring in major selection, college entrance test preparation, scholarship information, to activities like CHASE which bring students directly together with educational institutions from various countries.
Through the implementation of CHASE 2026, Cahaya Rancamaya High School hopes that all students will be increasingly motivated to design their educational futures early on, broaden their insights regarding global study opportunities, and be brave in pursuing their dreams at the world’s best universities.
CHASE 2026 is tangible proof of the Cahaya Rancamaya High School College Counseling Department’s commitment in guiding every student to find the best educational pathway according to their potential and dreams.
